Q: How is Shipping calculated on my order?

A: Mummy Daddy & Me try to keep our products affordable (we are aware of just how much it costs to raise a baby) – We have 3 rates of shipping available;

Standard Shipping $8.95– via Australia Post for all orders up to the value of $149.99 (except Bulky Goods weighing more than 15kg)

Free Shipping – via Australia Post for all orders valued over $150.00 (except Bulky Goods weighing more than 15kg)

Bulky Goods $20.00 – via either Australia Post or Courier for all products over 15kgs – shipping costs more than we actually charge however we are happy to split the bill - please note that bulky goods to WA and QLD may incur further shipping rates – we will contact you prior to shipping to discuss

Q: Do you accept Returns, Provide Exchanges or Store Credits?

Q: Is Layby an option?

A: Mummy Daddy & Me do offer Layby's on larger items. The total purchase price must be a minimum of $50.00 (excluding shipping) All Layby purchases must comply to our Term's & Conditions which are listed separately

Q: Do you offer Hire of Baby Products

A: Mummy Daddy & Me do offer Hire of Baby Products – please contact us to discuss your needs further and obtain a quote on the baby goods hire that you require

Q: Can I get a refund on shipping if I do not enter the discount code at checkout for the FREE SHIPPING promotion?

A: The discount code needs to be entered at checkout to receive the FREE SHIPPING promotion. Please contact us if you are having trouble with this prior to checkout and we can assist you.

Q: Can I arrange to pick up my order instore?

A: Yes you can; simple use the discount code 'PickUp' at check out and add a note to when you plan on coming in and we can arrange your order for you to be collected at our retail store located at 288 Raymond Street Sale Vic 3850.

Q: What is Afterpay & how does Afterpay work?

A: Afterpay offers simple instalment plans for online shoppers, allowing a purchase to be paid for in 4 equal instalments, due every fortnight, interest free! Simply shop with Mummy Daddy & Me and select Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time customers will need to provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy! 

After you check out, the goods will be shipped to you but you pay later. At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise Afterpay will automatically deduct the instalments from your debit or credit card every fortnight.

Q: Do you install Child Restraints?

A: Yes we do install Child Restraints – however here at Mummy Daddy & Me we believe in providing parents and carers with more than just an installation – we believe in assisting you in learning about child restraint safety and support the Best Practice Standards. We are Professional Members of the ACRI (Australian Child Restraint Resource Initiative) and can guide you in the finding and using the right child restraint for you and your child  – Contact one of our qualified Child Passenger Safety Technicians on 03 5144 2588 or email sales@mummydaddyandme.com.au to arrange an appointment.  

Q: Can I purchase a gift for someone and have it sent directly to the recipient?

A: Yes we offer this service, simply let us know the shipping address at checkout and we will happily wrap your gift and post to your nominated recipient – we can even write a special message on a greeting card for you too.

Q: Do you have a newsletter?

A: Yes, we encourage you to sign up to our newsletter, we will send you a regular update of all our specials and new products. We offer a discounts to our newsletter subscribers and information on new products yet to be released.
